We are an online learning provide seeking a reliable, detail-oriented remote Customer Service Representative for an hourly, per diem role (30–40 hours/week). This position requires availability aligned with the Pacific Time workday ( flexibility on daya and hours worked possible).

The ideal candidate is a patient, professional communicator with a strong commitment to customer service. This role involves frequent user interaction, accurate recordkeeping, and consistent data entry, so comfort with spreadsheets and attention to detail are essential. Experience with developmental disability services is a plus, but not required.

 

Duties & Qualifications

  • Provide responsive, high-quality customer support and resolve issues effectively
  • Maintain accurate records and manage high-volume administrative tasks
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with office tools (Word, Excel, email/calendar)
  • Customer-facing experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications a plus)
