Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate to support daily operations and ensure a smooth experience for our clients. This role works closely with Customer Success Account Managers and pharmacy teams to provide timely communication, resolve issues, and support overall workflow efficiency.

This is a full-time, remote position


Schedule:
 Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely updates on prescription status
  • Monitor prescription workflows and proactively flag delays or discrepancies
  • Assist with reshipments and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams
  • Maintain and update daily reports as directed by Customer Success Managers
  • Provide administrative support to improve operational efficiency
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients in a HIPAA-compliant system
  • Investigate and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify recurring issues or trends and escalate for process improvement
  • Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies

Required qualification

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment
  • Basic computer skills; experience with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a pharmacy, medical office, or healthcare environment
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
