Customer Success Manager – Digital Grid
Job Summary
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive growth and success for our Digital Grid customers. You’ll provide expertise in post-sales customer lifecycle management, focusing on training, professional services, technical support, and customer advocacy.
Responsibilities
- Research and troubleshoot issues with GE Digital solutions, including configuration, user interface, network connectivity, and more
- Influence strategy development and policy formulation
- Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices
- Make decisions and handle complex tasks using high-level judgment
- Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements
- Communicate difficult concepts and influence others’ opinions
- Stay informed of industry trends and provide recommendations to improve products, processes, or services
Qualifications
- Significant experience in Services & Digital Customer Support Engineering
- Knowledge level comparable to a Master’s degree (or high school diploma with relevant experience)
- For US roles: Master’s degree or high school diploma/GED with 6+ years of experience
