Job Description
The Customer Support Agent will provide timely and professional assistance to Therapy Flow clients. This includes handling inquiries, solving technical and non-technical issues, and ensuring a smooth and successful customer experience across all touchpoints.
You will work closely with customer success, product, and technical teams while helping clients navigate CRM platforms, automation tools, and other industry-specific systems
Responsibilities
- Client Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide friendly, timely, and professional support via email, chat, and phone.
- Troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues to ensure fast, effective resolutions.
- Assist customers in using CRM systems, automation tools, and related platforms.
- Document frequent issues and solutions to strengthen support resources.
Customer Experience & Satisfaction
- Maintain a seamless customer journey through proactive issue identification and resolution.
- Support high retention rates by delivering exceptional service and problem-solving.
- Educate customers on features, best practices, and how to maximize success with Therapy Flow.
- Identify recurring concerns and share insights to improve internal processes.
- Internal Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Work closely with internal teams to escalate complex issues and develop long-term solutions.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring they have the resources needed to thrive.
- Contribute to FAQs, support guides, and internal knowledge bases.

Requirements
- 2+ years of customer support experience (SaaS, tech, or service-based preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to simplify technical explanations.
- Experience using support ticketing systems, CRMs, or live-chat tools (e.g., GoHighLevel, Zendesk, HubSpot).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple inquiries at once.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
