Job Summary

We’re looking for a high-performing Customer Support Representative to join our team. You’ll assist customers via chat, phone, and email, serving as a trusted representative of our brand.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist potential customers with navigating our online insurance shopping experience
  • Answer and resolve basic administrative and billing questions for existing customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries quickly and thoroughly via multiple communication channels (phone, chat, email)
  • Document customer interactions using support ticketing software
  • Propose process and product solutions to improve customer experience

 

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
  • Highly productive with good multitasking skills
  • Passion for helping people, especially with health-related issues
  • Ability to work in a high-volume contact center environment
  • Familiarity with support ticketing and/or CRM software tools
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
