Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime work schedule

Job Description
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and support. You’ll work with small to medium-sized entrepreneurs, addressing their needs and resolving problems within existing specifications.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests via phone, email, and chat
- Provide timely follow-up to customers and exceptional support experience
- Document customer issues and provide thorough case notes
- Prioritize incoming issues and route to the appropriate resources for resolution
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, responsive follow-through, and advocacy for customer issues
