We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data within our systems, ensuring data integrity and contributing to the efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Scanning and digitizing documents.
- Accurately entering data into databases.
- Maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, including invoicing.
- Adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated proficiency in typing (please specify the required words per minute or mention a typing test).
- Experience with database systems and common business software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bonus Skills:
- Familiarity with vendor management and invoicing software.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook.
