Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls from customers seeking assistance or information
- Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries related to products, services, billing, or account management
- Assist clients with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information entered into our systems
- Utilize strong phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and resolve issues efficiently
- Manage client requests with a positive attitude while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and update client records as needed
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center roles—outbound calling experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry applications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate solutions clearly
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and professionalism during customer interactions
- Ability to handle cash transactions or perform cash handling duties accurately (nice-to-have)
- Fast typing skills with attention to detail to ensure efficient data entry and record keeping
- Previous experience in client services or customer care roles that involve analysis skills and problem-solving abilities
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English is required, with additional languages considered a plus
