This role offers a starting salary within Nacro’s pay structure of £26,807 Entry with expected progression to £28,851 Established within the first year, subject to meeting clear criteria and performance standards, with further pay progression available in the future. We provide Housing Related Support Services commissioned to support people with a history of homelessness and multiple disadvantage to build safer, healthier and more independent futures. These services form part of Manchester City Council’s wider commitment to high-quality supported housing and homelessness prevention services. We are now recruiting passionate, resilient and values-driven people to join our growing Supported Housing team and help shape innovative services that create lasting change across the city.

About the Service

Our supported housing services will provide trauma-informed, person-centred support to adults with a history of homelessness and complex support needs. Many of the people we support may experience challenges linked to mental health, substance use, offending history, domestic abuse, social isolation or long-term exclusion from services.

Alongside our mixed services, we will also deliver dedicated women’s services, creating safe, empowering and supportive environments where women can recover, rebuild confidence and move towards independent living.

The service will focus on:

• Preventing repeat homelessness
• Supporting people to maintain accommodation
• Promoting independence, wellbeing and recovery
• Improving access to health, training and employment
• Supporting positive move-on outcomes
• Delivering compassionate, strengths-based support
• Building strong partnership pathways across Manchester
