The construction process is broken up into three distinct phases: Pre-construction/Pre-development, Construction, and Post Construction/Close Out. Each situation and phase is unique and in order to be successful one cannot always follow established paradigms. We can act as General Contractor, Design-Builder, Construction Manager and even Developer.

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Live Chat Representative to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing real-time support to our customers through live chat, resolving their queries and issues efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support and assistance
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the customer experience

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in typing and using live chat software
