As a key member of their team, you’ll be responsible for managing and maintaining their Learning Management System (LMS) platform, ensuring seamless delivery of training and development programs across EMEA.

The role
Joining a global organisation, you will support an EMEA wide team with a range of LMS Administration tasks and duties. These could range from adding and supporting new users, to adding correct documents and information accurately.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the LMS platform, ensuring system functionality, uptime, and performance.
- Create and manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and enrollments.
- Upload, organize, and update learning content, courses, modules, and assessments.
- Customize the LMS interface and features to align with organizational needs and branding.
- Test and troubleshoot technical issues, liaising with IT or vendors when needed.
- Generate and analyze reports on learner progress, course completion, and system usage.
- Support end-users, including instructors, learners, and managers, via helpdesk or training.
- Ensure data integrity and security, including compliance with privacy and learning regulations.
- Stay up to date with LMS updates, features, and best practices, implementing improvements as needed.
Requirements
To be considered for the Senior Contracts Manager role, you should be able to demonstrate:
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, managing tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.
- Experienced in supporting global teams, comfortable navigating diverse time zones, cultures, and communication styles.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across departments and geographies.
- Comfortable with both the technical and functional aspects of LMS administration, including user support, system configuration, and reporting.
