The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Operations Support Associate to join our team! This role supports the Care Operations team in ensuring patient care delivery and health plan compliance. You’ll work remotely and participate in training during Pacific Time (PST) hours.
What You’ll Do
- Operational Support: Own initiatives that impact patient care delivery and health plan compliance.
- Data Entry: Complete critical data entry with exceptional accuracy.
- Care Management: Process and monitor authorizations, reauthorizations, and disenrollments.
- Communication: Track approvals and status updates, and communicate with the care team.
- Process Improvement: Support projects that enhance workflow efficiency and ensure accurate reimbursement.

Requirements
- Experience: 1+ year of healthcare operations or administrative experience
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Attention to Detail: Strong data entry accuracy and time management skills
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities
