What you will do

  • Attend a fully paid, remote training course (6 weeks, weekdays).
  • Work in a fast‑paced environment, taking many calls and using several systems at once.
  • Follow quality guidelines and use feedback to keep improving.
  • Meet targets/KPIs to help customers quickly and well.
  • Use in‑house tools to stay connected with teammates and support customers.
  • Represent well‑known brands and aim for first‑call resolution.

Who we look for

  • Has experience in a contact centre or transferable customer‑service skills, preferably handling many calls back‑to‑back.
  • Can work a flexible week – our accounts run Monday to Sunday and some evenings and weekends are needed.
  • Speaks and writes English clearly; French is a plus.(Not Compulsory)
  • Is good with computers and can learn new systems fast.
  • Is self‑motivated, organised, and solves problems actively.
  • Can give full focus to the role – we do not allow a second job during the training period.
  • Works efficiently while staying polite and professional on every call.
