What you’ll be doing
- Responding to customer support tickets in Gorgias
- Helping customers with order questions, shipping issues, refunds, and subscriptions
- Explaining how our product works and how to use it using approved guidance and internal resources
- Providing calm, empathetic support to customers dealing with health concerns
