Élevée Muse is a UK activewear and loungewear brand creating refined essentials designed for comfort, confidence and modern living.

Our brand focuses on premium-feel fabrics, elevated everyday styling and tall-girl friendly fits, with longer-length bottoms and considered jacket proportions from our first drop.

As we prepare to launch and grow, we are looking for a highly organised Brand & Operations Assistant / PA to support the day-to-day running of the brand.

About The Role

This is a part-time role for someone who is organised, proactive, detail-focused and interested in fashion, e-commerce, social media and brand building.

The role is mainly remote, but the successful candidate may occasionally be required to attend in-person photoshoots, events, product/content days or brand meetings. For this reason, London or Kent-based applicants are preferred.

You will support across general admin, Shopify updates, customer service, creator outreach, content organisation, shoot preparation and operational tasks.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in a growing fashion and e-commerce brand. Training will be provided where needed, but the right candidate should be confident using digital tools and working independently after clear instruction.

Key Responsibilities

General Admin & Organisation

  • Managing and organising the business inbox
  • Keeping task lists, documents and folders organised
  • Supporting with diary/calendar coordination
  • Taking notes from meetings and following up on actions
  • Organising brand assets, product information and content files
  • Helping keep spreadsheets, trackers and internal systems up to date

Shopify & Website Support

  • Supporting with Shopify product uploads
  • Adding product information, images, tags and basic page updates
  • Checking product pages for errors or missing information
  • Helping test website links, forms and checkout journeys
  • Supporting with collection updates, product descriptions and website admin

Customer Service Support

  • Responding to basic customer enquiries using approved templates
  • Helping with sizing, delivery, returns and exchange queries
  • Escalating more complex customer issues when needed
  • Keeping customer service records organised
  • Noting recurring customer questions or feedback

Orders, Returns & Operations

  • Supporting with order tracking and customer updates
  • Helping monitor returns and exchange requests
  • Updating order, stock or returns trackers
  • Assisting with packaging, fulfilment or product handovers where needed
  • Helping flag stock issues, missing information or operational problems

Influencer & Creator Outreach

  • Researching suitable influencers, creators and UGC partners
  • Building and updating outreach spreadsheets
  • Sending approved outreach messages
  • Tracking replies, gifted products and creator deadlines
  • Helping organise content received from creators
  • Supporting The Muse Collective ambassador programme

Content & Social Media Admin

  • Organising photoshoot, product and UGC content folders
  • Assisting with content scheduling where needed
  • Helping save content ideas, trends and references
  • Supporting with captions, content planning and campaign organisation
  • Helping track social content performance at a basic level

Photoshoot & Event Support

  • Supporting with shoot preparation and product organisation
  • Helping organise samples, outfits, shot lists and call sheets
  • Attending occasional photoshoots, content days or events where required
  • Assisting behind the scenes with products, organisation and content capture

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised and reliable
  • Detail-focused and able to follow instructions carefully
  • Proactive and confident working independently
  • Interested in fashion, e-commerce and brand building
  • Comfortable using digital tools
  • A strong written communicator
  • Able to write clear, polite customer messages
  • Confident managing admin tasks and keeping things organised
  • Based in or near London/Kent, or able to travel occasionally when required
