Shift Pattern:  8:00- 17:00

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our dedicated team, providing 1:1 support to a vibrant yet nonverble polish who lives at home with his wife and Kids in Sholing.

He is now living with a brain injury after a srtoke and requires round‑the‑clock care, delivered by a consistent and understanding team. He is non‑verbal, and his support workers will learn to recognise and respond to his unique communication cues. Full training will be provided.

This is a rewarding role supporting a gentalman who brings a lot of happiness, warmth, and personality to those around him.

Experience and Skills of a Support Worker:

Experience with non‑verbal communication, or complex needs is helpful but not essential.
You should be kind, patient, caring, reliable, consistent and confident in your role
Willing to learn his specific communication cues.
Comfortable working within the family home
Able to work as part of a small, stable team.
