About this Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our highly dedicated SEND team. Duties will include in class support for SEND pupils to give them every opportunity to make expected progress by accessing the whole curriculum. Under the direction of the SENCO and teaching staff you will prepare individualised and/or differentiating teaching resources for use in class.
We are looking for an individual who has a flexible and enthusiastic approach to suit the varying and sometimes complex needs of our pupils and who is prepared to undertake any associated tasks as required. You will be a confident communicator as you will need to liaise with parents and carers in a manner that will support SEND pupils in their learning. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate commitment, energy, and drive to join our team and work to provide positive learning experiences for all our students.
