- Title: Physician Assistant (Remote) – Primary Care
- Job type: Contractor
- Location(s): Virtual Remote
- Overview: 1099 Physcian Assistant 8 hours per week
- Description: We are seeking a motivated Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team on a part-time, per diem, or contract basis. This is a remote telehealth role providing high-quality primary care and behavioral health services to patients throughout California.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages, in two 4-hour clinics per week.
- Clinic 1 Tues 1 pm- 5 pm
- Clinic 2 Wed 2pm-6 pm
- Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and care teams.
- Fully document encounters, treatment plans, and medication changes in the EMR system in a timely manner.
- Educate patients on lifestyle, disease prevention, and medication adherence.
- Collaborate with physicians and other providers to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal telemedicine regulations.

Salary
$70 – $70 per hour
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted California PA license in good standing.
- Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in family medicine, primary care, internal medicine, or urgent care.
- Comfortable managing both primary care and behavioral health needs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
