Registered Nurse Opportunity at Ty Ceirios Nursing Home

A £1,000 sign-on bonus, with an additional £1,000 bonus upon successful completion of 12 months in the role.

Salary: Up to £37,000 per year (negotiable based on skills and experience)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional care to residents, including wound management and medication administration.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored care plans.
• Provide leadership by supervising and delegating tasks to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care.
• Create a positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Valid nursing license and registration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills for effective documentation.
• Strong team collaboration abilities and a compassionate approach to care.
