Full Job Description
We are hiring Remote Client Account Agents to support outreach, follow-ups, and consultative conversations within our financial sales operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and comfortable engaging with prospective individuals through phone and virtual conversations while working within a structured, performance-driven system.
You will assist with managing client accounts, coordinating appointments, and guiding individuals through next steps in a clear and professional manner.
What You’ll Do
- Support assigned client accounts through consistent outreach and follow-up
- Coordinate and confirm phone or virtual appointments
- Conduct professional phone and virtual conversations with prospective individuals
- Communicate program information clearly and accurately
- Maintain organized records of outreach activity, notes, and account progress
- Track appointments and engagement using structured tools
- Participate in optional training and coaching sessions to improve performance
