Responsibilities
- Represent clients on various projects via phone calls with consumers and providers
- Provide excellent customer service skills
- Coach a team of Welcome Specialists
- Maintain quality standards for client programs
- Collect and accurately capture information in program databases
- Exhibit effective communication and tele-management skills
- Converse with callers empathetically and facilitate understanding of medical terminology
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to company policies
