Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our team. Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable to assist a diverse customer base. Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records through efficient data entry.
• Assist customers with product or service information, resolving issues, and providing solutions.
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions.
• Analyse customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service.
• Support organisational goals by actively participating in training sessions and team meetings.

Requirements

• Proven ability in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written expression.
• Excellent phone etiquette with a professional demeanour at all times.
• Analytical skills to interpret customer data and feedback effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services tactfully without compromising customer satisfaction.
• Organised with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment.
