About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, people-oriented Sales Operations & Enablement Associate to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career (including new college graduates!) who wants to learn the ins and outs of SaaS sales, build real skills, and grow with a company that’s making a meaningful impact in the senior living space.

In this role, you will act as a “force multiplier” for our lead sales executives—managing the research, communication drafting, and CRM mechanics that keep our growth engine running.

What You’ll Do

  • Brand Voice & Communication Support: Support the sales team by drafting personalized follow-up emails and LinkedIn communications. You’ll learn to write in the Waypoint brand voice to ensure our outreach remains consistent, human, and high-touch.
  • Strategic Account Intelligence: Conduct research to identify prospective customers and build “prospect briefs.” Before discovery calls, you’ll provide the team with key insights on community awards, leadership news, and specific pain points.
  • CRM Command & Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM records to keep the team organized and on track. You’ll ensure every note is captured and every follow-up is meticulously scheduled so no opportunity falls through the cracks.
  • Sales Presentation Support: Help prepare demos, proposals, and sales presentations that showcase Waypoint’s value.
  • Inbound & Onboarding Support: Respond to inbound inquiries to qualify leads and assist with onboarding communications for new customers.
  • Meeting Coordination: Own the scheduling for demos, discovery calls, and follow-up meetings to ensure a seamless experience for our prospects.
