Your Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital part in helping people
Live independently in their own homes, while maintaining dignity, respect, and choice.
Every day is different, you might be helping someone prepare meals, take medication, stay active, or simply enjoy a friendly chat. Most importantly, you’ll be making a real difference in people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with individual care plans
- Support with personal care, mobility, nutrition and medication
- Encourage and promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
- Record and report accurately to ensure continuity of care
- Follow company policies, CQC standards, and safeguarding procedures
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and health professionals
- Uphold confidentiality, equality, and anti-discriminatory practice
- Act promptly to protect service users from abuse or neglect
You don’t need previous experience – just a caring nature, reliability, and a desire to make a difference. Full training and support will be provided.
