About The Role

Do you have great listening and communication skills and an interest in supporting vulnerable people?

We are looking for a pro-active and committed Support Worker (known internally as Project Worker) to join our team at Endsleigh Gardens in Euston. Endsleigh Gardens provides accommodation to people who are experiencing homelessness, including those with complex support needs such as alcohol misuse, substance misuse and mental health.

We are committed to working with a Recovery Based Approach and supporting people to meet their individual needs.

About You 

Above all, you will have a genuine desire to support people to transform their lives. If you have a good understanding of the complex issues faced by homeless people; personal experience of homelessness yourself and some experience of supporting vulnerable people through a process of change, we encourage you to apply.  

You’ll also need good interpersonal and listening skills; patience and resilience. We will provide you with the knowledge and training you need to work with clients in a holistic and person-centred way.
