CLOSED® is licensed in 40 states, with physical offices across the US. This is a remote position, however if the candidate lives near one of our existing offices hybrid work is also possible to help support local operations as well.

CLOSED® operates 100% digitally, so our operations manager has the opportunity to assist overseeing our business and serving clients across multiple states while working directly with senior leadership at our national headquarters.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in title, specifically management or oversight of files, processing file end to end, as well as operational experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to clients by answering phones and responding to emails
- Handle state filings for LLC and title licenses
- Handle insurance renewals, bonds, E&O, etc
- Handle title data call requirements
- HR- assist with payroll, benefits
- HR- healthcare administration
- Banking- positive pay approval, reviewing and approving wires
- Handling state franchise tax filings and accounting
- Complete underwriter audits
- Running point for internal team member questions and needs across multiple states
