- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning across multiple academic disciplines including algebra, geometry, calculus, trigonometry, statistics, differential equations, organic chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, genetics, anatomy, physiology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, data structures, machine learning, discrete math, early childhood education and preschool experience.
- Proficiency with learning technology platforms and digital tools for remote or in-person tutoring sessions.
- Excellent communication skills tailored to working with children, students of higher education levels, or adult learners.
- Classroom management skills to create an organized and motivating learning environment.
- Ability to work effectively with students who have diverse needs including special education requirements.
- Strong computer skills for managing educational software and online resources.
- Experience in working with children or in childcare settings is highly desirable.
