Pelican Cleaning Services LLC is a growing residential cleaning company based in Louisiana. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage our Google Ads campaigns and answer inbound phone calls from potential clients.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both marketing analytics and customer interaction.

 

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, optimize, and manage Google Ads campaigns
  • Adjust budgets, keywords, and ad copy
  • Track conversions and cost per lead
  • Provide simple weekly or monthly performance summaries
  • Answer inbound phone calls professionally using our script
  • Collect client information
  • Schedule cleanings or forward qualified leads
  • Answer basic questions about services and pricing
  • Respond to voicemails, texts, or missed calls as needed
  • Coordinate with management regarding leads, bookings, and ad performance

 

Qualifications

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Organized, dependable, and responsive
  • Experience with service-based businesses (cleaning, home services, etc.) preferred
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Experience managing Google Ads (certification a plus)
  • Comfortable answering phone calls and speaking with customers

 

Pay: $10.00 – $12.00 per hour
