We are looking for a proactive and creative Website and Social Media Content Manager to regularly update and maintain our website, publish engaging articles, and manage multimedia and social media content.
The ideal candidate will have experience in content creation, website management, and social media marketing. You will be responsible for keeping our website dynamic, ensuring all content is up to date, relevant, and visually engaging, while also coordinating posts and videos across our social media channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly update and maintain website content (articles, news, blog posts, images, and videos).
- Upload and format written articles and multimedia content to ensure proper layout and SEO optimization.
- Manage and schedule social media posts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create engaging captions and short posts to promote website content.
- Upload and embed videos on the website and social media channels.
- Monitor website performance and suggest improvements for user engagement.
- Work closely with the project owner to align updates with ongoing initiatives and campaigns.
- Ensure the website design, tone, and messaging stay consistent with the brand’s identity.
- Stay informed about current digital trends to keep the website and social media pages relevant and appealing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in website management or digital content creation.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress, Squarespace, or other CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO and social media marketing principles.
- Ability to create and edit simple graphics, photos, or videos.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet weekly deadlines.
- (Optional but preferred) Basic understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or social media insights.
