The InviteLady is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to help with weekend customer messages and digital proofs. This is a remote contract position for applicants located in the continental U.S. You’ll handle Amazon and Etsy customer service, order updates, and digital proofing in Photoshop. Weekend coverage is required (Friday–Sunday).
Responsibilities
- Reply to customer messages with warmth and professionalism
- Review and proof personalized invitation designs
- Upload or edit listing content (images, offers, EBC profiles) in Amazon Seller Central
- Communicate clearly with the weekday team for seamless hand-offs
Pay & Structure
- Independent contractor (1099)
- 18–20 hours per week
- $14–$15 per hour depending on experience

Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English required for clear, professional customer communication
- Available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (morning/afternoon/evening coverage as scheduled)
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central (required)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (Creative Cloud desktop)
- Familiar with Dropbox and comfortable learning Asana task lists
- Reliable high-speed internet and computer workspace
- Calm, organized, and detail-driven
- Willingness to use or learn ChatGPT/prompt-based tools for task support
