Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Document Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will oversee the organization, management, and maintenance of essential documentation across various departments. Your expertise will ensure that all records are accurate, accessible, and compliant with industry standards and quality management systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to operational excellence by streamlining document workflows and supporting quality assurance initiatives.

 

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain electronic and physical document repositories using document management systems such as SharePoint and ERP platforms.

Ensure all documents adhere to ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards, supporting compliance with regulatory requirements.

Organize, file, and archive documents systematically to facilitate quick retrieval and secure storage.

Perform thorough proofreading and editing of technical documents to guarantee clarity, accuracy, and consistency.

Support data entry tasks related to records management, ensuring data integrity across systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update, review, and distribute controlled documents efficiently.

Assist in the implementation of document control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives related to document workflows.

 

Experience

Proven experience in document management or administrative roles within regulated environments such as healthcare, manufacturing, or quality assurance.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and records simultaneously.

Experience using SharePoint, ERP systems, and other document management tools for effective data handling.

Excellent proofreading, technical writing, and editing skills to produce clear, professional documentation.

Demonstrated ability to perform data entry accurately while maintaining attention to detail.

Familiarity with ISO 13485 (medical device quality management) and ISO 9001 standards is highly desirable.
