Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout their lifecycle

Manage client accounts using Salesforce and other CRM tools to track interactions, issues, and opportunities for growth

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing engagement

Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or renewal

Assist clients in utilizing SaaS products effectively by providing training sessions, resources, and troubleshooting support

Analyze client data to identify trends, measure satisfaction levels, and recommend strategies for retention and expansion

Support project management efforts by coordinating tasks, timelines, and deliverables to meet client goals efficiently

 

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or account management

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and confidently

Familiarity with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management (CRM) platforms

Knowledge of project management principles and tools to coordinate multiple client initiatives

Analytical skills to interpret data insights and develop actionable strategies

Experience in sales or marketing is a plus, demonstrating a proactive approach to client engagement

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
