Summary
Provide daily administrative support for the Federal Independent Dispute Resolution Entity (IDRE) review process and related projects. Work remotely with team members across the country while maintaining a strong work‑life balance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage all administrative tasks for IDRE operations, including data entry and uploading/downloading case documents to the IDR/IIDR and Federal IDR portals.
- Communicate with providers, payers, and internal staff about claim statuses and needed documentation.
- Track IDRE cases and monitor the disputes email inbox, following up as needed.
- Respond to internal and external email and phone inquiries, directing messages to the right team members.
- Help the team meet daily processing targets.
- Generate and send email correspondence using templates.
- Coordinate with the finance department to send appropriate notification letters.
- Develop tracking spreadsheets and program templates.
- Organize case documentation, create folders, and maintain organized filing systems.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and other administrative tasks related to dispute resolution.
- Update spreadsheets with information from received documents.
- Support scheduling of internal and external meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations (HIPAA, FISM A, URAC, CMS, FAR).
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience (Requirements)
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum two years of administrative support experience.
- Ability to stay on task and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
- Experience with complex technological systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Visio experience preferred.
- Strong written and spoken English.
