White Way Transport Inc is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to support our remote transportation and logistics operations. This role provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure accuracy in documentation, efficient communication, and smooth daily workflow across multiple departments. Candidates must be able to work independently, communicate clearly, and maintain a high level of organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update information in company databases with accuracy.
- Organize, maintain, and file digital documents and records.
- Prepare and distribute emails, reports, spreadsheets, and internal correspondence.
- Assist with scheduling virtual meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating appointments.
- Support the billing process by helping with invoices, receipts, and expense tracking.
- Monitor shared inboxes and route messages to the appropriate team members.
- Provide administrative assistance to operations, HR, dispatch, and other departments as needed.
- Ensure all confidential information is handled securely and professionally.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow established company procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred.
