As an Adjuster Support Technician you will be in the middle of the team, giving admin help, typing reports and talking to lawyers, surveyors and other specialists. What you will do
- Give administrative support to adjusters.
- Do tasks on claims as told by the adjuster.
- Help prepare reports – this means typing and formatting.
- Talk to experts such as lawyers, forensic scientists, surveyors and damage‑mitigation specialists.
- Help manage adjusters’ claim diaries and, when needed, send file reviews to policyholders and insurers.
- Look after adjusters’ email boxes when they are away.
- Keep learning about technical or legal changes.
- Do any other reasonable tasks the company asks you to do.

Education and qualifications
We welcome people who are willing to study for professional qualifications such as CILA or CII to move into technical roles.
