Pay: $23/hr (approx. $43,000–$56,200 annually, depending on location/experience)

Role Overview
You will support Humana’s selling agents by handling a high volume of inbound (and some outbound) calls related to:
- Agent compliance (contracting, licensing, certification)
- Pre-enrollment questions
- Member enrollment details
- Agent commissions
You’ll research inquiries using internal systems, provide accurate guidance, and help ensure a seamless agent experience. Relationship building and professional communication are essential.
Work Expectations
Training
- First 4 weeks: Mon–Fri, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM EST
- No time off allowed during training
- Additional training sessions follow
After Training
- Must be available Mon–Fri, any shift between 8:00 AM–9:00 PM EST
- Heavy inbound/outbound calling all day (except breaks)
- Overtime likely (voluntary and mandatory)
- Occasional weekends
Annual Enrollment Period (Oct 15–Dec 7)
- Must work Mon–Sat (possibly Sun) between 8:00 AM–9:00 PM EST
- Overtime may be required
- No time off during the first and last 7 business days of AEP
Work Environment Requirements
- Quiet, dedicated workspace
- Reliable internet: 25 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up (wired preferred)
- Satellite/cellular only if approved
- Some states receive bi-weekly internet reimbursement
- Humana provides required phone equipment
- Occasional travel for training/meetings
- Must protect PHI/HIPAA information

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of strong customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat
- Solid computer skills: navigation, typing accuracy, troubleshooting
- Ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence
- Commitment to remain in the role for one year
- Career-oriented and growth-focused
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish (may raise pay)
