Key Objectives

  • Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support to clients through live chat platforms.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to medical marijuana products, services, and clinic procedures.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience that aligns with our commitment to health and wellness.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming chat inquiries from clients and prospective patients.
  • Deliver clear and accurate information about medical marijuana treatments, clinic policies, and appointment scheduling.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve complex client issues efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities to educate clients on wellness options and promote available services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and product offerings to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing client feedback and insights.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or related industries.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and compassionately.
