Job Summary
Conduent is looking for a Transaction Processing Associate to join their claims team. You’ll enter claim information into their system, ensuring data integrity and timely processing. This role is available as remote or onsite.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input claim data into claims processing systems
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy
- Identify and flag incomplete or incorrect information
- Maintain high productivity and quality standards
- Follow established procedures for claim submissions
- Communicate with team members or supervisors about issues
- Handle confidential information with integrity
- Comply with data integrity and security policies

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Data Entry experience
- Insurance or claims processing experience preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare or insurance terminology preferred
