Full job description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. You’ll provide exceptional customer support, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for our clients. Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product and service inquiries
- Handle outbound calling for follow-ups and feedback
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Use Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrate effective phone etiquette
- Collaborate with team members to improve client services
- Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements
- Process cash handling transactions accurately when required
Experience & Skills
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Sales or client services experience is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus (English and other languages) Not compulsory
