Full job description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. You’ll provide exceptional customer support, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for our clients. Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

 

Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with product and service inquiries
  • Handle outbound calling for follow-ups and feedback
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Use Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrate effective phone etiquette
  • Collaborate with team members to improve client services
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements
  • Process cash handling transactions accurately when required

 

Experience & Skills

  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Sales or client services experience is a plus
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus (English and other languages) Not compulsory
