Join our dynamic team as a Virtual Assistant and get hands-on experience in influencer marketing, content creation, and client management! You’ll work remotely, supporting our FFA Agency with content creation, social media management, and business development tasks. This contract or internship opportunity is perfect for motivated individuals with a passion for creating engaging content and managing social media presence.
What You’ll Do
Content Creation & Management (60% of role)
- Edit 6-10 short-form videos weekly
- Color correction, retouching, and formatting
- Write captions, schedule posts, and respond to comments
- Create weekly content calendars and research trending content
Business Support (40% of role)
- Send outreach emails, follow up with prospects, and update CRM
- Schedule and post photos with captions
- Organize Google Drive, track invoices, and manage inbox
Requirements
- Reliable laptop/computer for editing and admin work
- Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Google Sheets/Docs, and basic video editing
- Responsive on Slack/email (check messages at least 2x daily)
- Bonus: Experience with Canva, Buffer/Later, ChatGPT, or CRM systems
- Time zone: PST or within 2-3 hours (for real-time communication)
