SportsDataIO is seeking a part-time Data Support Analyst to manage the operational data lifecycle, including data collection, monitoring, delivery, and client support. You’ll work in a dynamic environment, requiring strong knowledge of sports leagues and attention to detail.
Responsibilities (Training is included)
- Monitor live, pre-match, and post-match data in real-time
- Manage front-line support through Zendesk and Slack
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in match data
- Manage sports data and stats content across leagues, teams, and players
- Deliver game lines, player, and team prices for aggregation across sportsbooks
- Ensure accuracy and quality of data entry
- Contribute to best practice operational processes and procedures
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure 24/7 coverage
- Attend shifts promptly, including weekends and holidays
