Superior Healthcare provides round-the-clock care packages to support people living with long-term health conditions to live in the comfort and safety of their own homes. They’re seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to join their complex care team in the Byfleet, Surrey area, offering full-time hours with the option of overtime.

Job Description

As a Community Healthcare Assistant, you will work long-term with one or a small number of clients, providing exceptional person-centred care and support. You will benefit from a fixed rota and the option to work towards an NVQ/Diploma.

Responsibilities

To show the client dignity and respect at all times

To regularly refer to and follow care plans written by the Nurse Manager to ensure exceptional person-centred care is provided

To be an advocate for the client, working in their best interest and in accordance with Superior Healthcare’s policies and procedures

To be fun, friendly and engaging with the client around their interests and hobbies

To closely observe and monitor the client and keep thorough documentation

Requirements

Previous care experience involving personal care

A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle

A minimum commitment of 2x shifts a week
