Job Description
As a CPC Processor Customer Support representative, you will be part of a high-performing team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service. You will work in a remote call center environment, processing medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical record status. You will also document information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors.
Responsibilities
- Process medical record requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Take calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical record status
- Document information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
Requirements
- Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel)
- Ability to work Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm EST
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work in a remote call center environment
