Job Responsibilities
- Deliver superior customer service to clients and financial advisors
- Answer calls on Manulife/John Hancock’s Brokerage Services and Managed Product lines
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Meet quality and productivity expectations
- Strengthen the perception of MANULIFE in the marketplace
Required Qualifications
Education: Post-secondary education or high school diploma
Experience: Customer Service or Financial Services experience a plus
