Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver superior customer service to clients and financial advisors
  • Answer calls on Manulife/John Hancock’s Brokerage Services and Managed Product lines
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Meet quality and productivity expectations
  • Strengthen the perception of MANULIFE in the marketplace

 

Required Qualifications

Education: Post-secondary education or high school diploma

Experience: Customer Service or Financial Services experience a plus

What to Expect
