Responsibilities

  • Handle customer service cases and incidents
  • Make support tasks easier by automating routine work
  • Create reports to check service desk performance and client satisfaction
  • Talk to clients across email, phone, chat, and other channels
  • Keep client data safe and follow data rules
  • Link D365 CRM with other business apps like Outlook and Teams
  • Write guides and documents for clients and the team

Salary and Benefits

  • Competitive salary, depending on skills and experience
  • 37.5 hours work per week, with flexible remote work
  • 24 days holiday, rising to 30 days after 3 years
  • Sick pay after 6 months

Requirements

  • Experience with D365 CRM, including case management and workflows
  • Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps like Outlook and Teams
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to write clear guides and communicate well with clients
  • Understanding of data safety and client data protection
  • Organised and committed to delivering great client support

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience with other Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules
  • Knowledge of data migration and SQL queries
  • Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI
  • Experience with service desk environments
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
