TEKsystems is seeking a Customer Care Specialist for a hybrid role in Swedesboro, New Jersey. As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll interact with customers, process prescription orders, and provide excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Provide strong communication and empathy to customers
- Efficiently navigate systems to provide timely service
- Critically think and react to different customer situations
- Interact with team members across departments
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Data entry and administration skills
- Willingness to obtain NJ pharmacy technician license
- Prior call center experience preferred
Schedule
- Evening shift: 11:30am-8pm, Monday-Friday
- Remote option available
- 1 Saturday/month required after training
Training:
- 6-week training period
