What You’ll Do
- Speak with business owners to understand their current setup, challenges, and goals
- Walk customers through available solutions and explain how they fit into daily operations
- Participate in scheduled calls and follow up with customers who’ve shown interest
- Support new customers through the onboarding and setup process
- Provide a friendly, helpful experience that builds trust and long-term relationships
- Keep notes, updates, and next steps organized in the CRM system
- Work closely with your team to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
