About the Role
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our clients and the first reviewer of new projects. This role is central to setting the tone for client relationships and internal collaboration.
Reporting to the Digital Experience Director, you will blend strong communication skills with technical aptitude to help create inclusive, accessible, and high-quality digital experiences for diverse audiences, including people with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Act as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams
- Facilitate conversations, ask thoughtful questions, and follow up on answers
- Receive, organize, and distribute digital assets
- Anticipate client and team needs by identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities
- Participate actively in internal and client meetings
- Foster trust and momentum through timely, thoughtful communication (email and Slack)
- Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and quality across deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members and external stakeholders
- Contribute ideas that improve workflows, processes, and overall client experience
- Continuously learn about user experience, accessibility, inclusive design, and technology

Requirements & Qualifications
Technical & Professional Skills
- Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com)
- Exceptional customer service experience
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (AEM experience is a plus)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Experience using Copilot or similar productivity integrations
- Previous agency experience (internships, freelance, or short-term roles preferred)
