Position Overview
We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shopify Manager to serve as a hands-on execution partner for our clients. In this role, you’ll own the day-to-day management and optimization of multiple Shopify stores, ensuring updates are implemented accurately, issues are resolved quickly, and store performance is protected.
You’ll work directly inside live Shopify environments, translating client requests into clean, effective executions with minimal oversight. Success in this role requires precision, independence, and confidence in handling both routine updates and unexpected issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Shopify tasks across multiple client stores, ensuring all updates are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time
- Add, edit, and maintain products, including titles, descriptions, images, variants, SKUs, and pricing, ensuring consistency across the storefront
- Organize collections and apply product tagging to support merchandising, navigation, and promotional strategies
- Set up and manage inventory levels and pricing rules to keep stores operational and aligned with client requirements
- Install, configure, and maintain Shopify apps, ensuring smooth integration with existing store setups
- Build and manage advanced product configurations, including bundles and subscription-based products
- Work hands-on with subscription platforms such as Recharge, Skio, and Shopify Subscriptions, ensuring proper setup, functionality, and ongoing maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve common Shopify issues, including broken product pages, cart malfunctions, and checkout-related problems
- Quickly assess and understand existing Shopify store structures to execute client requests with minimal supervision
- Perform quality control by thoroughly testing updates and fixes before and after implementation

Schedule: Part-time to start, with potential to transition to full-time
Target Start Date: January 15, 2026
Pay Range: £6.00 – £12.00 per hour
Work Location: Fully remote

Requirements & Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Shopify stores in an agency, eCommerce brand, or fast-paced environment
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify admin, including products, collections, inventory, pricing, and discounts
- Proven experience with subscription platforms such as Recharge, Skio, and Shopify Subscriptions
- Experience installing, configuring, and managing Shopify apps, including bundle and subscription-related tools
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common Shopify issues related to products, carts, and checkout flows
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and execution skills
- Comfortable working independently while managing multiple stores and priorities
- Clear and effective communicator who can interpret client requests and execute accurately without constant direction
