About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor at Octopus Energy, you won’t be stuck reading scripts or ticking boxes. Instead, you’ll be part of a team of curious, driven people who are passionate about changing the industry. You’ll have real conversations, solve real problems, and make a real impact.
What You’ll Do
- Make energy easy for customers: Cut through the jargon and help customers understand their bills, meters, and tariffs.
- Solve problems like a pro: Handle billing queries, meter issues, and complex energy conundrums.
- Provide end-to-end service: Handle queries from start to finish, including complaints.
- Think on your feet: Have real conversations, listen, and deliver solutions that make sense.
- Treat customers with care and kindness: Show warmth, kindness, and go the extra mile.
- Make a difference: Help customers struggling with energy bills or advise on greener energy choices.
